Signing in to your school google site:
Type in the URL: https://sites.google.com/a/d428.org/ENTERYOURSCHOOL/
Replace where it says enter your. school with the name of the school site you are trying to edit.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page: You will see a sign in button, click it.
When you are finally signed in, navigate to the announcements menu.
Generating new announcements:
When under the announcements tab, a button will appear that says new post. Click it.
The new page should look like the image below, from there you will be able to post any announcements and attach files.
The image below outlines where to find the buttons to attach, save and change your title.
When you are done with your post, hit save.
Updating staff contacts:
Navigate to the staff tab, under this tab should be an embedded spreadsheet that contains all the staff information.
When the google doc opens, you will be able to edit the contact spreadsheet and each change will be live.
Uploading Files under Parents Tab
Navigate to the parents tab, at the very bottom it it will say add files. Click on that.
Clicking the link, will generate a new window where you should be able to locate the file you want to upload.
