If you are having issues with printers please try the follow steps below:
1. Click start and find devices and printers.
2. Make sure your default printer is Xerox Equitrac 2012 or if you are in a building with Ricohs Equitrac 2012
3. If it is not right click on the printer, and select make as default printer. When you do that a green arrow should appear next to the printer.
4. Do a test print and see if that resolves your issue.
5. If the issue is not resolved, restart your computer after you have made these changes. If the problem still persist, email helpdesk.
