How to take a screenshot
Windows 10
To open the Snipping Tool:
Click the [Start] button.
Click/Hover over [Accessories]
Click [Snipping Tool]
Once the snipping tool is opened, you can draw a box over the area of your screen you want to capture. Once you have selected the area of your screen you wish to capture, a window will pop up where you can save your snip or draw on it for notes.
Or you can press the print screen button located on your keyboard and hit ctrl+v
Mac/OSX
Hold Command+Shift+4 and select the area of the screen you wish to capture. All screenshots will be saved to the desktop by default.
Chrome OS
Let’s say you need to take a snap of your entire screen. To do this you press the ‘Ctrl’ and ‘Window Switcher’ keys at the same time:
If you just want to capture a specific area of the screen just add shift to the key combo, like so:
